This 3-day training covered a variety of topics, and aimed to equip trainers with the skills and knowledge required to carry out the CSI programme successfully in 2016!
The sessions were held from 8th – 10th January 2016 at the Hotel Grand Pacific, KL. A total of 121 participants from 15 branches attended, as well as the EWRF committee and staff.
Objectives of the programme:
- To learn the basics of adult learning theories and instructional design methodology.
- To learn about the project activity calendar, developing learning objectives, impact evaluation, budgeting and accounts.
- To learn and apply effective training techniques for managing students, engaging a variety of learning styles, creating an effective positive learning environment, and managing classroom challenges.
