We were given an opportunity to have a booth at the Melia Hotel located at Jalan Imbi on the 5th of December 2009.
All of EWRF’s representatives geared up and reached the venue by noon. We immediately got into setting up our booth. Pamphlets, annual reports, newsletters and the highly anticipated ‘Personality Test’ by John Holland were all arranged stunningly on the table.A projector was set-up to display our corporate video. This video gives an insight to EWRF’s projects and activities.
As 2pm struck, the doors to the ballroom gave way to the curious visitors who were patiently waiting outside. Parents and children alike all crowded our booth and we efficiently cleared all of their doubts. Some students attended the fair just to go through the infamous Personality Test. Counsellors guided them through each process and later on adviced them on suitable professions that would fit their personality.
Surrounding our booth were other business booths that were busy promoting their trade. Free gifts and lucky draw naturally drew many more to attend the fair. After 4 enthralling hours, the fair ended with all feeling content.
