The goal was to introduce EWRF and its activities to freshly recruited volunteers as well as to create an interactive activity for the existing volunteers. Volunteers are an integral part of the delivery of EWRF’s programmes.
To develop a group of strongly committed volunteers to facilitate the community development programs conducted by EWRF in order to achieve its overall vision and mission.
VIP included various outdoor and indoor activities to build teamwork, leadership and communication skills.
In 2018, the VIP underwent a review with the aim of enhancing the program on effective recruitment and retainment.
EWRF’s responsibility is to train and create a well-coordinated team who can work together like a well-oiled machine in delivering EWRF programmes.
