We are deeply grateful to everyone who came together to make this event a meaningful and impactful experience. This year, we welcomed 118 participants โ€” a strong and inspiring mix of community leaders, practitioners, educators, youth workers, mental health advocates and members of the public who share a common goal: strengthening emotional resilience and building supportive communities.

Your presence, engagement and insights enriched every session, panel and conversation. Together, we explored the evolving challenges faced by our communities, highlighted the importance of accessible mental health services, and reaffirmed our shared commitment to collective well-being.

As we move forward, we hope the conversations sparked at the Symposium will continue to grow and inspire action โ€” in our homes, workplaces, schools and wider society. Meaningful change happens when we listen, empathise and work together.

If you're in need of counselling support, remember that you are not alone. Our team is here to help.
