Volunteering with EWRF is more than showing up — it’s a craft. Our Volunteer Induction Programme (VIP) gives every new volunteer a proper foundation: safeguarding principles, community-engagement ethics, programme-specific training and a mentor from day one.
By the end of the induction, each volunteer is confidently matched to a programme (Language for Juniors, Counselling, CSI+, Welfare, Events or Fundraising) that fits their skills and passion.
