The Skill Training Initiative (STI) equips underserved youth and adults with market-ready vocational and technical skills — from digital literacy and coding fundamentals to hospitality, culinary arts, automotive servicing and light industrial trades.
Delivered in partnership with certified training providers and industry mentors, every cohort combines hands-on workshops, soft-skill coaching and job-placement support so graduates walk out with a portfolio, a certification and a real path to employment.
Why it matters: Malaysia’s B40 households are hit hardest by skill gaps in a fast-changing economy. STI closes that gap one learner at a time.
