50 students from 18 centres were given an opportunity to see if karaoke was their forte. With musical experts Ms. Thavamani and Mr. Anandthan as the judges, the participants had to be at their element best. EWRF Sungai Petani chairman, Mr. Kannan Kalimuthu was delighted to see the students coming forward with such confidence, leaving no room for self-doubt and shyness. He mentioned that competitions of this nature will be organized more frequently in the near future to give more students similar opportunities.

1st runner up: Jhanwe (SMK Aman Jaya 2)
2nd runner up: Jhanaghan (SMK Taman Ria Jaya 2)
